JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Respond to inbound customer requests, and document relevant case information.
- Ability to:
- assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned)
- to adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, e-commerce reviews) channels.
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets and manage an individual ticket queue.
GLOBAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
- Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues.
- Keep up with the latest smart home gadgets and tech-related trends.
- Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
REF: TA.NL Must be native or proficient in Dutch (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
REF: TA.DE Must be native or proficient in German (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
REF: TA.FR:
- Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Having previous customer experience is a plus.
- Have excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance.
- Are non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
