About the Role
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused multilingual professionals to join our support team within different sectors . As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers from across Europe, ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and aligned with our clients brand values.
This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about helping others, thrive in a multicultural environment, and are eager to grow their careers in customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide high-quality customer support through phone, chat, and email.
● Respond to inquiries, assist with bookings, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
● Maintain accurate records and case notes within internal systems.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
● Contribute to the improvement of processes and customer resources.
● Stay updated on product and service information to deliver accurate assistance.
● Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills in every interaction.
Requirements
● Language Skills:
○ Fluency in one or more European languages (Italian, French, German, Portuguese etc.)
○ Strong command of English (B2 level or higher) for internal communication
● Professional Experience:
○ Previous experience in customer service, customer advisor, hospitality, or call center environments is preferred
○ Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
● Personal Attributes:
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
○ Empathetic, patient, and customer-oriented mindset
○ Organized and able to manage time effectively
○ Comfortable working independently and within a team
○ Adaptable to change and open to learning new technologies
